Black Panthers are a rare sight, for the longest time it was believed that they were mythical creatures. And the only Back Panther we know for the longest time was Bagheera from the Jungle Book.

However, it is being believed that a Black Panther has been caught on camera for the first time in Goa.

An image of the Black Panther reportedly captured at Patiem Beat in South Goa’s Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary is going viral on the internet. Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant took to Twitter to share the picture of the large big cat spotted in the State’s Wildlife Sanctuary.

He tweeted, ‘A great glimpse of Goa’s rich wildlife.
